I attended the pre-opening of this restaurant (formerly the Abbicci yellow house on Rte 6A) which officially opens June 3rd. I was happy to see a wonderful cocktail menu and a limited main menu which usually means more focus and care taken with each item.
Although I didn't try them, the Martinis (Pomegranate, Berry and Watermelon) looked wonderful. But the huge pitcher of freshly-made Sangria sitting on the bar caught my eye. Next time...
Had a wonderful salad of heirloom tomatoes ($10) and main course of halibut on lobster-infused potatoes ($25). Chef Jerome Watkins had the flavors of lobster and saffron balanced to perfection - not overpowering the fish. It's a special place worth trying again.
