A friend and I watched a local travel show that spotlighted this restaurant. So we took a day trip out to the Worcester to visit the Worcester Art Museum and grabbed lunch at the Flying Rhino.
The parking lot is small and on a steep hill, but don't let that stop you from tasting the great food.
We got a spot at the Bar and Sam, the bartender, took our order promptly. He was a fun guy to chat with.
We ordered drinks and Buffalo Chicken Wantons and they took no time to come out. They serve 5 and were tasty. Chicken, cheese and hot sauce in crispy fried wrappers with buttermilk dipping sauce. Not over powering and a great snack for a beer.
We were shot on time and ordered our lunched to go.
I had the Ivory Tusk A chicken cheese steak, with caramelized onions and American cheese, on toasted Italian bread. It smelled great on my trip back to Boston. It was delicious and a great portion for the $9.
If I lived in Worcester I would come back.
