This is a very unique place where you cook your food hot pot style. The server had absolutely no clue how to explain anything to us, leaving us to figure it out by ourselves. The majority of the broths contain cilantro which I don't like so I had to figure out which ones didn't have cilantro. The actual food/ broth was very delicious. As time goes on, the food takes on the flavor of the broth and vice versa. I loved sipping the broth as a type of soup towards the end of the meal. The restaurant was freezing but when we mentioned this, they quickly turned down the vents. Very modern atmosphere. Even after requesting no cilantro, the server brought us the wrong broth which had cilantro so it had to be sent back. When our meats arrived, he couldn't tell us which meat was which. The appetizer portions (which we got for the kids) were good but very small in size. I would try this again now that I have a better understanding of how to do it and wouldn't need to spend most of the meal figuring it out on our own. They had been open for several weeks when we tried it, so I would have thought the wait staff would have been a bit more knowledgeable.
