“Hanover Theater”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

The freshly remodeled theater is a sight to behold inside. It has a spacious stage, excellent acoustic, easy access, and even a bar. My only complaint is the narrow uncomfortable seating.

“A Grand Old Venue”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

We have attended several performances at this venue. It has convenient parking in a garage across the street. It offers everything from play to musicals to symphony productions and comedies. We recently saw Cirque Dreams - Holidaze and it was spectacular. All the seats are very good. Be sure you have tickets in advance.

“Worcester's Best!”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

Though one could debate which of Worcester's numerous attributes should receive top billing in my estimation the Hanover is the cream of the crop. The renovation of the property from its origin as a movie theater to the beautiful, comfortable performing arts center it has become is outstanding. The quality of the on and off Broadway productions has been such that my wife and I have been gold circle members for almost since its opening. We have also enjoyed numerous performances by entertainment notables like Bill Cosby, Rita Rudner, Whoopi Goldberg, Ian Anderson, B. B. King and Boz Scaggs to name but a few. If you have not enjoyed the experience you are definitively missing out on what I feel is the best that Worcester has to offer!

“Unexectedly beautiful restoration”
Reviewed November 5, 2013

I have been there on a number of occasion for a variety of performances. They are always well done. The prices is usually less than Boston and more convenient for wonderful entertainment. The theater was a restored several years ago. It also has a famous organ, that was also restored and is played on occasion.
