“totally enjoyable”
Reviewed August 6, 2013

this is a typical seaside seafood restaurant you name it. lobster, clams, oysters, chowder - all the goodies fresh at the shore. it's a big relatively noisy place and very busy at the height of the season in wood's hole the night of our visit. food, service and ambiance as one would expect in a place like this. no wonder they've been around for over sixty years. a fun place

“Couldn't cut lobster with a knife!”
Reviewed July 28, 2013

This was the worst lobster I have ever had. The service was fine; drinks OK. I knew it was a tourist trap, but there really is no place to eat in Woods Hole. Now I know, many of the others are better (but not good)

“Harbor View Table in Beautiful Dining Room”
Reviewed July 28, 2013

My family enjoyed a special birthday dinner in a lovely restaurant while on the Cape for vacation. Incredibly friendly and polite staff, delicious meals, and a memorable setting for our special event. Everything was great from the moment we walked in the door. Each meal was better than described in the menu. Really glad that we picked Landfall.

“Waterfront table with French Doors thrown open!”
Reviewed July 28, 2013

The location really makes this a great place to share with family or friends. A little dated interior and typical new England seafood food and décor but food was good and views were wonderful. Place was packed and is very popular. I would go back!

“Great location, but you don't get what you pay for”
Reviewed July 28, 2013 via mobile

This restaurant is right on the water. Definitely a nice spot for a drink, but I would pass on the food. The menu is a throwback to the 70's (except probably for the prices). My husband said his meal tasted like a Swanson TV dinner. It seemed like a place that older folks go to eat. The food was super pricy too. The entrees were about $30 a piece. I don't mind paying that if the food is good, but....
On the upside, the wait staff was super friendly and competent.
