This place has not changed in more than 30 years, but why should it. The chowder is always terrific and they have a wall full of awards to prove it. Nothing fancy, but solid food.

By far the best chowdah on the Cape. We ate here on two occasions while vacationing on the Cape. The shrimp scampi was to die for. Other great choices are baked stuffed shrimp and the fish and chips. The food came in a timely fashion and was very hot. The locals recommended Captain Parkers and I can see why!!

We did not eat at the restaurant but have in the past. We were disappointed when we ate at Captain Parkers Pub because the food was just mediocre and the prices were high for what you got. However, undaunted we decided to purchase some Clam Chowder to take home with us. You go to the bar to order and pick it up. I bought a quart to take home and it was delicious. As I say probably best on the Cape. The restaurant itself is average at best but the chowder is excellent. I still cannot understand why there is always an hour wait to eat there when there are far better restaurants on the Cape.

Not worth the hour wait. The only really outstanding dish is the Chowder. If you can find a day where you don't have a long wait sample the chowder.

We went there twice on our vaca. Lobster salad was delicious. My husband loves their chowder. the best he's had. The second visit I had the lobster roll. Bar staff is courteous, fast and have a sense of humor. We could tell a lot of locals go there and that to us is a sign of a good business.
