We enjoyed our weekend at Cape Point. Our daughter lived the Koi Pond and the small children's pool. She felt very special having her own pool. We recommended the hotel to family and we will definitely be going back

I was pretty disappointed with this hotel. Initially the staff was great but as the weekend progressed they more staff we came in contact with the more rude they were. The room was nice despite being small. However our shower in our bathroom was a death trip. the bottom was slippery and caused multiple falls. The worst thing was how thin the walls were. It was as if the other guest were in our room. We will not be going back.

Room Tip: pick another hotel

Although we did not spend a great deal of time in our room, while we were there it was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed all of the amenities they had to offer. The breakfast cafe was excellent, i recommend the banana and walnut pancakes. All in all I would stay here on any of my trips to the Cape.

The hotel is a good deal, always clean, staff is nice. It's in a great location close to everything. There is a pool side bar/grill I really like, although we never spend too much time at the pool, it's Cape Cod and beaches are gorgeous! But overall I would reccomend this hotel, we stay here repeatedly!

Room Tip: I like the rooms facing the parking lot on the first floor, you can park your car right outside your room so you can get to it through the sliding door in your room!

My wife and I stayed there on March 22, 23, and the 24th. They have one of the best breakfast restaurants on Cape Caod. We have been staying there for years. The rooms are always clean. I read some of the pool reviews and do not agree with them at all. We new ahead of time it is a salt water pool.

My only problem was the behavior of a group of children who came to stay at the Cape Point as part of a large group of people from Pittsfield that were participating in a basketball tournament. The first parents to arrive let the children wreak havoc in the pool area, which the parents never paid attention too. Maybe thats because the men after being at the pool 1 1/2 hours they were on thier fourth drink. The pool manager calmed them down tough and saved the afternoon by telling the parents to stop the kids from throwing balls around.

Unfortunately no one reined in the dozen little twirps who were running rampant up and down the hallways, stairwells, and parking lot until 1:55 a.m. thursday and friday night and morning. These childrens parents probably entrusted thier childs welfare to chaparones, other parents, because they could come themsleves. My point here is someone from the front desk should have walked around they would have easily heard the miscreants.

We'll stay again.
