This was a Priceline accommodation of two nights. The managers were friendly. The rooms were ok and everything worked. The room and bedding were clean which was our greatest concern. It was priced at half of the cost of other basic rooms on the Cape. Good location and slightly off the main road.
If you need a last minute or reasonably priced room in season at the Cape, try this spot.

Stayed at the Travelodge in West Dennis for two nights. Got the room last minute by calling. Rate was reasonable and very affordable for the Cape.

Pros
Affordable
Good location on route 29
Surprisingly quiet given we stayed over the weekend. Was expecting more noise from other guests and the road.
The staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons
Smaller rooms, although standard for the cape.
Room smelled a little musty when we first entered but got better over the course of two days with AC on
Bathroom was small
Parking very tight
Free continental breakfast not worth the effort.

Overall, a cheap, affordable hotel for folks just needing a place to crash while out enjoying the cape.

Friendly service, good location. We (2 adults and 2 year old in a pack-n-play) stayed in a queen room (2 queen beds) and felt we had plenty of room. The room was clean (with the exception of a wayward spiderweb) and the beds were very comfortable, clean sheets and comforters too. The bathroom was small, but clean. Having a fridge in the room was a big plus and the A/C works great! Pool area was also well maintained. The only negative was the "breakfast" - it is very sparse - I don't think it would even qualify as "Continental" (white toast or english muffins, butter and cereal - no fruit) there are plenty of breakfast places nearby and a Dunkin Donuts down the road. I would stay here again - great value for the Cape which can be very expensive.

Room Tip: Rooms on the second floor might be quieter - we could here the people above us walking around at 3 am. Don't know if all of the rooms are the same size but we opted for a room with 2 queen beds and we had plenty of room.

This is not the best hotel I've ever stayed in, not was it the worst. We had a front corner room but there was little noise from the passing traffic. The WiFi didn't work in the room and I had to sit outside reception to get a signal. Continental breakfast was available, once we found the room which was poorly marked and small.

In spite of some rather average reviews for this property, we decided to try it for one night last week. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly. The room was a standard economy level hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and there was no odor. The air conditioning ran fine, and the refrigerator was of sufficient size. It was quiet, in spite of being located on busy route 28. We had no problem with plumbing, no air conditioner leak, not the slightest sign of uncleanliness. We were not looking for breakfast, although there was a small selection of continental breakfast items available to guests. The price is reasonable compared to other locations nearby. It was located diagnally across the street from Sundancer's restaurant, which is a great place for dancing and light fare.
