Truly reminiscent of the Pubs in Ireland. Great food, reasonably priced! Cozy. Best pint of Guinness on the Cape! Saw the Skiff's with Sean Brennan on 6/22/13. Loved their song list and how they integrated local talent into their show. Joe O'Shea made the patrons all feel like they are part of his family. Will definitely return to this great pub!

A restaurant that got it right. Great food and entertainment! The prices are right, and the food quality is wonderful. A friendlier Irish pub doesn't exist. You are made to feel like one of the family. Joe O'Shea is a genial host and the entertainers are right on the mark. We visit the Cape four times a year and O'Shea's is on the top of out to do list. Service is top flight, and the menu is excellent. This should be on everyone's bucket list!

This was like a trip to Ireland. We were told by Evie to stop by for music at 6:30 PM and have a pint. Evie was our waitress and host and storyteller from the Keltic Kitchen, (see review). She was as much fun as a bartented. The session with about 15 musicians was fun and authentic. Lots of reels and gigs. The session included many fiddles and guitars and flute of various types. Joe, the owner, stopped by to tell us the history of the 175 year old building and how his Pub came to be. An joyable evening with people who became friends and good music. By the way, the food is excellant.

Thank Robert H

Went with friends. Excellent service from our curly-haired waiter; sorry to have missed his name. Good menu, food served quickly & hot. All was good. Session was lively and well-attended. Lots of recitations and songs from patrons - hard to do better.

My wife and I visit Cape Cod every summer and are sure to make at least one trip to O'Shea's. Reasons to make a trip are:

Atmosphere: There isn't a bad seat in the house. Whether you're in the bar or dining area, you have clear line of sight to the band and acoustics are excellent.
Service: Waitstaff -- mostly European in the summer -- are attentive and pleasant. Bar staff are friendly as well to both regulars -- and there are a lot of them -- and seasonal customers.
Entertainment: We've seen several acts ranging from pop to irish to country/pop. Each has been excellent, better than you would expect in a small Irish pub.
Food: We've had several dishes ranging from Steak tips to seafood casserole and loved them all.
Price: Very reasonably priced. Entrees are $12-$15 dollar range and well drinks and domestic beer are $3-$4. Uncommon for the Cape summer options.

Go and enjoy.
