I have dined here several time over the past 10 years. I really like the fusion of European technique and Asian ingredients. The food is interesting and full of taste. The wait staff and hosts are professional, which is rare in the suburbs. The fact that Ming has not spread himself thinly over many resteraunts like other celebrity chefs shows in the consistent quality of food and service from year to year. It only costs a little more to eat well so you should try Blue Ginger if you have the chance.
