“Great wines but no food.......”

We visited on a beautiful fall weekend and loved the views and scenery of the property. We took part in a wine tasting. $5 per person including a take home glass. We truly enjoyed the wines and bought a few bottles for home. The staff made the experience very enjoyable. Our only disappointment is that the only food available is cheese and crackers. They have cheese samples on a table for the tasting but also sell local farm cheeses and wine crackers. There is a huge covered outdoor deck that would have been a great spot for lunch with a glass or two of wine. We bumped into a large group of auto enthusiasts that were driving through the countryside and had stopped for a visit here and they also were disappointed that they needed to move on in order to get a bite to eat.

Looks like a house, but it is! A family establishment right on their property. Delicious wines, friendly staff and good deals. Tours are available.
We just had the samples, we just did the sampling. There are also functions that can be held duh as showers. Try it out!

This was a very pleasant stop on our Quabbin Reservoir tour. The six wines they produce were delicious and after a tasting of all of them ($5 - you get to keep the glass) we selected three bottles to take home (all wine is $14/bottle). They also have excellent function space and you can purchase wine, cheese and crackers then sit at any of their cute tables (inside and out) to soak in the peaceful surroundings. There's also a covered pavillion among the vines where you can sit as well. Everyone was friendly and helpful too. An award-winning winery well worth a stop if you're in the area.

The Hardwick Vineyard is for any one. They do a lot with family fun, like having there pancake brunch, Father`s Day tractor shows, and much more. Also the first Sunday of the month, they have blue`s, or jazz music LIVE.... My husband and I have been going for quite a few years now. It`s close to where we live. We have made good friends with the owner and his family, they are just great to hang out and talk with. Very relaxing and you can buy cheese from local farm`s, and crackers. Enjoy the out side picnic tables or bring your own chairs, what ever you want to do. They have live animals and swings for the kids. So you are not having to leave them behind, every one is welcome.

My wife and I took a ride here on a Saturday in April and had a great time. The staff was awesome and we enjoyed some wine while listening to live music they had playing. The post and beam construction of the building was impressive to see and the landscape/animals make you feel like you've truly gotten away.
