“Affordable Breakfast Buffet in Waltham Hotel Restaurant”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 11, 2008

The Grille at Hobbs Brook is a top restaurant in a suburban hotel. The quality of the food here is truly surprising. My friends and I stopped there for the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning. We were greeted with coffee and orange juice. The buffet included cereal, oatmeal, fruit, breads/bagels, pastries, and a grill station making omelets, cinnamon French toast, pancakes (regular and wheat), potatoes, bacon, and sausage. All of this came at a cheap $15.95. The omelets could be made with egg whites and Egg Beaters and were stocked with veggies. I warn you, the potatoes are very addictive.

My friends and I were so impressed that we went back there for Sunday brunch the following day. The meal price increased to $21.95, but did include additional food items: cheese blintz, beef stroganov, egg souffle, a Mexican casserole, and a Belgian waffle station with topping bar.

The buffet at the Grille at Hobbs Brook Restaurant is a terrific alternative to the $50 offerings in Boston.
