Exceptional hotel, I brought my family to Boston for a weekend Red Sox Game and the hotel was a great decision. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the Riverside T Station, where parking was 6$ for the night, and was a straight shot on the green line to Fenway Park. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, fresh and very comfortable. Exceptional place and I have recommended to all my friends and family that come to the Boston area.

We stayed here for two nights after our stay on Cape Cod. We wanted to take a trip into Boston but we didn't want to drive into the city so Boston Tours picked us up here for a day trip.
The front desk was very cordial and helpful with places to eat in the area. Cookies and fresh hot coffees were waiting in the lobby when we arrived in the afternoon.
Our room was missing a few things when we got there; TV Guide, blankets, and note pads but they sent someone up with all those things and in fact when we checked out they inquired if everything was OK. My husband mentioned the missing amenities and Steve gave us some Hilton Points.
TV was great - they had all the channels we wanted to see for sports. Pool was very nice but they didn't have a hot tub. Towels were fresh and fluffy, all lights worked and there were plenty of electrical outlets for our chargers, etc. This place is very clean and up to date looking with good parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel, convenient location, clean quiet rooms, good food and amenities. Fitness center is small but in good repair. Have stayed in many hotels, Hilton and otherwise, and this is one of the better places.

We've been coming to this hotel for years and the place just keeps getting better. The location is terrific and convenient to both the suburbs and the city. Clean, comfortable rooms, quiet, made to order breakfasts and good dinner food. Highly recommended and a terrific value.

Stayed at this hotel over Labor Day weekend. Overall, a good value and the location is convenient to downtown and for traveling around Boston.

The staff (front desk and restaurant) were terrific! Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast each day was quite good. In addition to continental options, the very friendly servers take orders for selections from a relatively extensive list of made to order options, including 2 'breakfast entrees of the day'. A nice touch, even including a vegetarian option one day.

I would've rated the hotel higher, however, the room and interior hallway could use a sprucing up. The air conditioner in the room was very loud and the room became a bit musty if it wasn't running continually.

Hotel was extremely clean. Room was spotless and smelled fresh and clean. Most places we have stayed at have the musty closed up smell, but not this hotel. Our room was quiet. Staff was courteous, professional and very helpful. Gave us directions to public transportation and and restaurant suggestions. Loved that the staff looked as professional as they acted; and not just the front desk, but the cleaning and maintenance staff. Showed that they had pride in what they did.

The rooms are clean, but small. Internet is complimentary. Breakfast is not..although the website states cooked to order breakfast and they will tell you the breakfast bar is complimentary. Front desk is rude and not very helpful. Keys do not work. Will stay elsewhere next time.
