Very helpful staff, nice bar and dining area with a great menu. There are plenty of other dining choices nearby if you like having options. Hotel breakfast is usually included and always hot and fresh. The location is close to both Boston and the Tech District in Waltham.

Apparently the housekeeping staff likes to work in order and must need to fill in 8 hours to get paid for a full day. We left the room at 8:20am and returned at 1:40pm hoping to get cleaned up and ready for a wedding we were attending in town. The room had not been touched. When we inquired with a housekeeper who was just standing around, they said that they'd get to us "eventually but that our room was one of their last to do". We bounced around to other rooms doing a shower in one, hair in another, and make up in a third. We returned to the room (after being inconvenienced) at 4pm to grab our jackets and the room had not yet been done! At this point all of the carts were put away so we had to alert the front desk. They said they'd have someone clean it. We returned to the room at 11pm and at least had clean towels. Very poorly managed.

Other than that.... we had a nice stay. The hotel was clean and the lobby/bar staff were great. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety. Free wifi in the lobby but $13 in the room PER DAY! Needless to say, we checked email in the lobby.

If in the area I'd try again but they need to get their act together with the housekeeping. We had over 40 people there for a wedding and another wedding was going on in the hotel. You need to clean rooms when people aren't in there, not just go in order and hang out in the hotel waiting for someone to leave the room you want to do next.

We had a great experience staying at the Embassy Suites for our son's wedding weekend. We loved the fact that the suites were two rooms and the children could go to sleep early and the parents had a place to hang out. Breakfast was more than adequate. Would definately recommend for a family gathering.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. While it is clean, and in a good location, the service is never that great. Expect delays when ordering room service, or for your food to just never come. While the hotel in clean and the lobby has been recently remodeled, the rooms are dated, and some smell of dirty laundry.

Absolutely no baggage carts. I got dirty looks from the staff as I hauled all of our suitcases on and off elevator. Also, housekeeping doses not respect " Do Not Disturb" signs. They woke me up at 8 am. The elevator alarm woke up the entire building at 6:50. The breakfast was disgusting. Plates were not clean, food was stale or soggy. Overall, not a good stay.
