The first time I had their Islander sandwich (eggs, cheese, plus "the works" on an English muffin) I thought, I've found my place. Also liked their gluten-free baked goods. But the last time I was there, the inside of the muffin was so overdone it was charred black, and some of the "works" were missing. What the hey? But I was already miles down the road. I suppose the disappointment was greater because they are usually better. Friendly customer service was not so great that day either... Just a fluke?
