The food here is just a cut above in preparation and in price. The atmosphere is casual and elegant. Being in a small town the owner;s would like it to be a place people stop for a drink but that you can feel comfortable brining the family. They have managed to do both. I was there last week with my three grandchildren. The kid's menu was fairly priced and won raves for taste. We have also gone to Fresco's to celebrate an anniversary. Rare to find a place that can accommodate casual family and dining for special events. Thumbs up !!

Don't know what happened to this place. But....when they were previously on Route 16, the food was outstanding and portions were ADULT SIZE! Not so any longer! We were there on Saturday, 12/3. Was not crowded, but waitress not around much. Plus, read other reviews that bread and dipping oil were served and did not know this, but never got it. We ordered Veal Parmesan and thought the price of $10 was a good deal, until we got the meal. Think they took one order of veal and cut it in half to make the two portions. Veal had no taste and was on the chewy side. The pasta portion looked like child's size. The only good thing was their sauce. What a big disappointment. Because this place is NOTHING like it was before it moved to this location. Will never go back!

Driving through town when hunger struck. Passed Fresco's and saw alot of cars. Turned around and entered. Great little Italian restaurant. I am1/2 Italian and don't usually go to these restaurants(I guess too much of Grandma Nanni's cooking spoiled me!). Had sausage/penne alfredo and wife had eggplant parmesan. One of the best Italian meals we ever had. Wife had a side salad which fed both of us($1.00!) How can they do that? Had dessert of Toasted coconut covered icecream with caramel and whipcream. Oh yea, that was along with a Baileys on the rocks for wife and Sam Adams Winter Brew. All this for 34.48! We'll be stopping next time we are in town. Don't miss this one. Has the Phantom Gourmet been here yet? Dave,Dan?

We've eaten here twice so far and meals have been inconsistent. For being located in the middle of nowhere and the lack of additions u receive with your food (no salad and we had to ask twice for bread?? ), we feel the price for entrees is entirely too high (15-18$). We made the mistake of ordering to go from here last week. My stuffed scallops were thrown into a small styrofoam container (for 17$) and again, no bread included. We will not be returning . Management needs to reEvaluate price point and presentation.

I had heard this place had good food but could get quite loud. We ate in the right dining room and didn't find it noisy at all. We had Veal Saltimboca and Jimmy's seafood saute. The veal dish was subpar. It was a good portion and fairly tender but the sauce was quite bland. I couldn't taste the wine or the sage. Quite disappointing. The seafood saute was outstanding and is why we will return here. The prices were a bit high seeing that no salad came with the meal but the rolls and dipping oil that preceded our meal were very good. All and all this is a restaurant worth trying. There were several selections on the menu that I look forward to having.
