At low tide, there is a lot of place for young children to play and swim. There is also some nice waves to use your boogieboard. You can spot many seals, and if you have binoculars, you can watch whales as well.

Uncrowded, free, and absolutely stunning beach. Several lovely beaches on the upper cape, but this was our favorite.

Large open beach ocean side. Very nice. Some areas of sand bar. Seals were there last year in large numbers, not seen this time this year.
