Description: B.T.'S Smokehouse is a dry-rubbed and slow-smoked barbecue restaurant located in the downtown section of Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Owner and Head Chef Brian Treitman is committed to delivering the very best barbecue to Massachusetts and beyond. Focusing on Southern-style cuisine, the menu offers natural grass-fed beef, chicken, pork, and other meats that have been dry rubbed and slow smoked for up to 24 hours with local apple and hickory woods. In addition to standard barbecue fare, the restaurant also offers more unusual entrees such as smoked salmon, chili made with brisket meat, and smoked turkey and chicken. We are also BYOB, so grab your favorite 6 pack on your way in. B.T.'S has won numerous awards since opening its doors, including the New England Regional Chili Cookoff and placing in the Top Ten Barbecue Restaurants in New England, and the Boston Globe named B.T.'S one of the "ten best places to bask in barbecue".

Omg the pecan pie, amazing, best ever! Mac n cheese, ribs, everything was amazing, so yummy!
You can bring in your own alcohol, great fun out door seating. If you blink you will miss it but you can smell the awesome food when driving in the general area.

Have tried BT's brisket, pulled pork and ribs. I LOVE the brisket - it's addictive.
Meal is great with potato salad and black eyed peas as side and they toss in corn bread, all for $10.
The brisket reuben includes their cole slaw and is ridiculously good - I highly recommend it ($9).
My only negative is their 'sweets'. I tried one of their overpriced cupcakes - chunky monkey. The frosting tasted like they tried to add their rub to it and the cake itself also didn't taste right.
Save your money on desserts and stick to the basics here and you won't go wrong.

The smoke gets you at hello. Better have an appetite and not be a veggie in this joint. Skynard on the juke box, mountains of juicy smoked pork and beef, delicious sides, collards n bacon, deep bean savory slaw. New meaning to pig out! Reasonable price as smoking is labor intensive. Owner is classic American entrepreneur, opening a second location. Hoo-ah!

Brisket was really fatty and greasy. Although the portion size was plentiful, I ended up throwing most away because it was all fat. Fries were soggy and greasy. Beans were a bit tough. First visit is last visit.

Pros:The food the chicken wrap was dry but plentiful the pulled pork was excellent that cannot be questioned.
Cons: How can you sell a solid in a liquid measure i.e. a pint of pulled pork? why not 6oz or half a pound, very confusing.
Dinners on the menu starts for 4 people not two, I also found that odd.

The seat I managed to get had no base in it so I sat on the frame.
I went back to the counter to add fries to the order and got fed up of waiting so I did not bother.
