Stayed here one night on way to Bar Harbor, Maine. Found it via Internet and comments on Trip Advisor. I must say this place was exceptional. Even though it is 11 years old it looks and feels brand new. It is spotless throughout. We had a 2-queen bed room and it was very spacious. It has both an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub and fitness center. The equipment in the fitness center is limited (tread mill, rowing machine and eliptical and resistance weight machine) but it is all in working order and pretty high quality. The location is exceptional: a shell gas station and mini-store with a subway and dunkin donuts is next door as is a cracker barrel. The grounds of the motel are nicely landscaped and parking is great. If you pick this place you won't go wrong.

Room Tip: Only one elevator and it is slow. If you don't want to travel up and down waiting on the elevator ask for a ground floor room.

We stayed here one night while visiting Old Sturbridge Village. Our room (and the hotel as a whole) was very clean and bright. We had a corner room with 2 queens and a pull-out sofa, which was perfect for our larger family. We were very happy with the pool and other amenities as well. Look no further for a great hotel! And it's only 2 miles from Old Sturbridge Village and even closer to everything in Sturbridge. Easy on/off the highway too.

We stayed here after spending the day at Old Sturbridge Village. Very pleasant, bright and clean. Staff was helpful when our room card didn't work initially - she came up to the room with me to make sure the fix was effective. Pool and hot tub were nice and not crowded. Breakfast was more than adequate and the outdoor seating area was a nice surprise. Very much enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was chosen by my niece as the place for people to stay when she had her wedding. While the rooms are not really "suites" by my definition (there is a small arch separating the kitchenette and dining nook/sofa from the actual beds) it was spacious enough and comfortable. Even with people out in the hallway the room was still fairly quiet. The internet was a tad slow but still acceptable for a hotel. The breakfast area had a nice selection of food including both scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, waffles (make your own), fresh fruit, juice and the usual continental danish/doughnuts, breads, cereal, etc. However it is not laid out the most intuitively - you have to look for the butter (it's in the fridge with the yogurt and hard-boiled eggs), etc. Bathrooms are a decent size and there is a nice size pool as well,. Did not get to see business and fitness center. While the hotel is "pet-friendly" they have actually set up a separate building for that separate from the main building. Location is quite convenient to the Mass Turnpike (I-90) as well as to I-84 and there are tons of places to eat within a couple of miles ranging from fast food to very fancy upscale restaurants. The breakfast area turns into a bar at night and there is coffee and tea available 24/7 both in room and in the reception area.

We have stayed at the Comfort Inn at Sturbridge several times along with our dogs. We stopped over this past weekend and were very pleased with the room's cleanliness, which is very important since the rooms accommodate dog-friendly guests. We will continue to stay at this Inn. The bar is very nice but would also like to see a few food items added if possible.
