“Popular Old Pub”
Reviewed November 10, 2012

This is an old pub where Norman Rockwell and many others came to drink and dine. We had clam chowder, pasta, and salad. It was delicious and the price not bad. We were first in line for lunch when the doors were opened. This is a very popular place and we could not even find a place to park on the weekend, so we waited for a weekday and had good luck. There is music there nightly. Don't miss this experience!

“Lovely old inn - nice dining experience”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

We had a lovely luncheon although since we were travelling we were kind of rushed. The service was fast and friendly and the fare was excellent. We have been there many times and always enjoy it.

“It has character”
Reviewed October 30, 2012

I liked the building and ambiance, there are 3 different areas to eat, we selected the Tavern and found the food wasn't terribly good especially for the price.

“Very Expensive”
Reviewed October 28, 2012

Very Expensive for so little food. Charging $29.00 for a chicken breast and spinach is ridiculous. If it had not been a raining downpour I would have gone somewhere else.
