We went here for my birthday a while ago. The staff is serious about their Austrian menu (again like most restaurants in Southbridge, the owners are actually from their cuisine's home), and their meat entrees and fish are always exactly right. The place is a gorgeous renovated Victorian with old-fashioned dining rooms and odd nooks to go with a loved one or a small family group..

After visiting Old Sturbridge Village, dining at the Historic Vienna restaurant was a perfect way to celebrate my son's birthday. The entire experience was absolutely wonderful. The menu offered many choices and each was delicious and different from our usual fare. Our server was charming and most accommodating, especially since one of us is very strict about dietary needs. We had a very leisurely dinner, as we spent much time chatting. We never felt rushed. We look forward to another occasion to dine at this marvelous restaurant!

This is my first time at Vienna. We were 2 couples and Vienna was great. We ordered 4 different dishes and each dish was superb. I had boar meat with red cabbage. I never saw boar on a menu. Excellent. MY wife had salmon and the other couple had steak and chicken. All the dishes were delicious. We had salad and and desert. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VIENNA. The owners daughter was our server and she was delightful.

Had mouth watering schnitzel from a Continental dinner menu with good variety. Setting is a romantic victorian house, with small dinner rooms, linen, china, etc. Great service.
