Everyone was courteous and heipful. The food was excellent, and the staff was great!
Dining was inside or out, we chose inside because it was a warm day, but when we go back, we'll try the patio!

Found this inn on Tripadvisor and was attracted by the Viennese restaurant, but the inn itself is worth a trip. From the minute I arrived, everything about my stay was special. It started with the room itself - I wandered from object to object looking at everything and there was much to see. The complimentary appetizer and drink were very welcome. The massage chair in the Freud Room is worth the price of the room - be warned, it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.Dinner in the inn's restaurant was amazing and breakfast the following morning was even more amazing! OK. The inn is on a busy street, but the AC drowned out the noise. There is no Wi-Fi, which was fine for one night, but I'd have to think long and hard for more than that. The welcome and service was extremely warm and personable. I really felt pampered.

My girlfriend and I finished off a week-long New England vacation with a visit to The Vienna for two nights in June. We were immediately greeted by Lisa, and then by Jonathan, (and also Skeeter, the family dog - so loving!) who offered us a welcome cocktail to start our stay (part of our LivingSocial deal). The house is a fantastic site of history, and the decor does a great job of making you feel like you're at a country-style home in the MA countryside. Our room, the Blumenzimmer Suite, also included a great, private patio area perfect for sitting back and reading a book with a glass of wine. The rest of the staff was top-notch throughout our stay, and we enjoyed 3 excellent meals - dinner and 2 breakfasts. Jonathan excels in the kitchen, and we can't wait to go back! Highly recommended all around!

Room Tip: Go for the Blumenzimmer Suite, if you can!

My husband and our two dogs recently stayed at the Vienna Innovernight. We had a horrible trip there with rain and a landslide on 128 (an uncommon occurence in Massachusetts). We were clearly frazzeled when we arrived. The staff made us feel right at home. They provided us with snacks and a drink. After which we dined in the restaurant. The food was remarkable. My only regret is not staying longer. The Vienna Inn is one of those gems that deserves patronage. If you are in the Southbridge area, make this your destination of choice.

Wonderful surprise. So different from any other place we have stayed. The hospitality, accommodations, ambiance of the entire place and the outstanding food all made for a delightful, restful 2 night stay. The delicious food and charming decor transported my husband back to his childhood in Germany. This was an unexpected treat for him. We will definitely visit again. Thank to you Lisa, Jonathan and the entire staff.

Room Tip: The Vienna Inn is a very old house and the rooms are smaller than most people are used to. We had a...

Let me start this review by explaining that my husband and I are not huge B & B fans. But this recent visit to New England has gone a long way to change that ! Our 2 night stay at The Vienna was everything it should be. We loved the decorating , the wonderful bed, the whole suite was unexpectedly large.Beautiful bed linens and a whole array of pillow types to choose from.I could go on and on !!!!
The innkeepers, as well as their staff, are wonderful and helpful.A perfect experience for us !
