This hotel has a nice beach, outdoor pool and indoor pool, as well as a pub/restaurant. They have many different types of rooms, a few with kitchenettes. We had a standard room with partial ocean view, and it was great. Very small deck for 2 people. Everyone who worked there was great. Coffee and water in the lobby in the morning, Mini fridge, coffee pot and tea in room. Great location and we look forward to going back next year. Bring your own pillow unless you like them soft.

This is a great place to stay right on the beach. It is quintessential Cape Cod! The beach side bar is a great convenience and the staff couldn't be nicer. They have everything you need for the beach; umbrellas, chairs, towels. The beach is clean and the sand is soft. Its centrally located to lots of restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommend this wonderful place on the Cape!

Our visit was spur of the moment and we found this place on Hotwire. The room was adequate but nothing special for a couples get away. It is very apparent that the rooms get heavy use during peak months full of families using the beach. The overwhelming smell of cleaning products was hard to get past and the rooms were damp. While we asked for and paid for a king bed, the only thing they could give us was two double beds (not ideal). The swimming pool and hot tub are very dated las well as the facility. You have to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool and hot tub which is very awkward. One plus is the easy access to the beach.

We stayed at this quaint little spot in Yarmouth for two days in late September. We upgraded to an "Ocean view" room, it was on the second floor and faced the beach, we sat out on the balcony with some friends and drank wine while watching the sun go down, the sunset on our first night was unbelievable!, even the people who worked at the hotel were out on the beach taking pictures,I can still see it in my mind.
The weather was unusually warm, all the locals were raving about the extended summer. My wife and I spent a relaxing day on an uncrowded beach.
We have definitely stayed at more opulent hotels but those places come with a hefty price!
This place was a little outdated but that just added to our road trip experience, they have a pool, it was comfortable, the staff were helpful and nice and it was a 5-10 minute drive to great restaurants and night life.

Room tip: Get an ocean view room and make sure it's faces the beach, the ones facing the beach offer an unobstructed view.
