We have stayed in Brentwood Motor Inn for the short summer vacation in August 2008. Stay was really enjoyable and I have to say that this Inn provides a great value for the price. Hotel has a perfect location right on Rt. 28 in Yarmouth, a short walk from mini-golf, carts and several great restaraunts. Hotel offers a free Wi-Fi, Several people in previous reviews mentioned that property is old and outated, but it's not the case anymore because it has just been renovated.

We were really impressed by the level of service we have received, personnel was very friendly and responsive.

This property is so run down and needs a lot of help. It is really dated and the property is not maintained at all. The rooms are dingy and who knows how clean. When we were there, the water turned completely brown and the staff said it was a town wide problem, but I never got any verification of that. Don't stay here. Find some place else.

For the price, this is a good place to stay. We rented the Townhouse which had the bedroom upstairs. Our kids loved looking down over the balcony into the livingroom area. Its nothing fancy, but spacious enough to accommodate all four of us. The employees were nice enough. Our bedroom window looked out at a cemetary and we had fun telling ghost stories to the kids at night time. This place is also very close to all attractions which was nice.

We traveled to the Cape for the Fourth of July weekend. We have a large dog, so finding a hotel room near the ocean was difficult. This hotel had decent rooms (clean, but definitely not fancy) and an indoor pool (though we didn't swim in the pool). The room was small with dated decorations, a large mirror and track lighting. The bed was VERY hard, so if you don't like that, watch out. I felt safe and pretty comfortable there, and the mini fridge would be good for storing drinks or leftovers from dinners. Across the street is a fabulous breakfast restaurant called The Pancake Man. I didn't love the location--it's not within close distance to the ocean, but the surrounding area was fun- good activities, shopping, and dining.

Me and my friends went up to the Cape to relax and go fishing in May of 2006. There were about 10 of us and a dog so we needed 3 rooms, a place that accepted pets and had space for our boat that we had. We were lucky to get a group rate for 3 rooms with a total of 6 beds it worked well for all us. After we booked the room I checked it on the Tripadvisor site from the comments I was doubtful our experience would be good, I wanted to cancel but it was too late. Upon arrival the rooms weren’t bad as I was expecting. The rooms were located on the right of the office where the parking lot was and where we can park the boat. The rooms designs were a little bit dated but nonetheless it was clean. The people at the desk tried their best to accommodate us. In the room that allowed the pet the windows didn’t open but the other rooms did. After talking to the lady at the desk about the windows and wanting some fresh air in the room, someone took care of it later on in the day. What great service! Anyways if you want something just call up the front desk they well help you as best as they can. Do not be scared of the comments below they are over exagerated. If you have a problem just talk to the people at the desk, they’ll make you as comfortable as possible.
