....so much so that we came here twice for dinner during a 4-night stay on the Cape. Both times, the service was outstanding and the food excellent, with VERY generous portions. I would say that if you like the Olive Garden, you'd like Ardeo also -- and I mean that in a good way. Italian-food purists might say that the Italian dishes at Ardeo are not 100% authentic, but we don't care about that. Dishes we tried were herb-roasted chicken w/ roasted potatoes and veg; roast pork on a sweet potato puree; chicken & eggplant parm.; and eggplant rollatini. And their starter salads were especially terrific, though somewhat rich and heavy, with cheese, nuts, etc. We only had dessert once -- a creme brulee that was OK, though not outstanding. But we would LOVE to come here again. I would also add that the decor, ambience and cleanliness were excellent, too -- the ladies' room was immaculate.
