We had a great time when we stayed at Cape Shore Inn (their new name). It had everything. Whole place has been renovated and new. Our room was very neat and clean...loved the bathroom...it was all up to date and very nice. We really enjoyed the pool too. It was also very clean. We even used the picnic areas for lunch and snack time. Staff was super nice and very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from. Overall it was a great experience.

Definitely, book with them!

Cape Sore Inn, formerly Red Mill Motel, is a wonderful place to stay, owned and operated by a very pleasant family. They are very accommodating to any special requests the guests require. They pay a lot of attention to detail and your comfort. Just like their website claims, all rooms have been renovated with new carpets, beds, bedding, furniture, refrigerators, microwaves, T.V's, bathrooms and remote A/C. I have been going to the Cape for over 30 years and stayed at numerous establishments, paid mucher higher prices and been very disappointed with other motels and the lack of cleanliness. We were so happy to find everything in the room clean and new for a reasonable price. Cape Shore Inn had what we were looking for, a small motel, quiet, clean, and a huge outdoor pool, and a complimentary continental breakfast every morning with free coffee and tea throughout the day. Please do not believe the other bad reviews. We asked to see the room first and were very pleased, we even stayed an extra night. I never write reviews but was upset to know that people would lie about their stay that I felt it was the right thing to do. My only suggestion to the owners was that the pool could use more cleaning (filtering, skimming) during the day. They need to run the filter more during the daytime. The water had plenty of chemicals but just needed a little more attention. Go and see for yourself, then you can decide. Can't wait to go back.

We've spent there a fantastic weekend with our friends. Rooms are large, clean, newly renovated, with two large beds, granite bathroom, great showers, new bed sheets, large tv in the room, comfortable nice, cozy, family managed hotel. The area is also nice with flowers, also liked the pool area and the breakfast hall. There is a fantastic beach area in 10 minutes of pleasant forest cottages walking distance. The local beach of South Yarmouth was actually nicer than others in Cape Cod (we had a car and checked many), with nice panoramic shoreline with beautiful cottages, hotels and a great seafood restaurant "Skipper". Highly recommend everyone to go,you'll get quality comfortable staying and the price is more than reasonable.

I'm not very picky and usually don't mind staying in cheap hotels - saving a few bucks and getting a clean bed and bathroom always seemed like a good deal . Boy, is that philosophy wrong here! The front office was exceptionally rude and unfriendly. The room although on first impression looked ok, was infested with bedbugs, bugs and cockroaches. Two days later my whole body is covered with bed bugs bites. I also uploaded a picture of a cockroach crawling in the room. We later got a fraudulent charge of another nearly 70 dollars added to the bill for no reason. This seems to happen frequently in this motel. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT STAY HERE. There are plenty of other motels in this area in the same price range that are not infested with bed bugs and cockroaches and with ownership that doesn't add bogus fraudulent charges for the heck of it.

The guest registered were 2 person and there were 5 person in the room for which we had charged for the extra person for 2 nights for which they are writing a wrong review about bed bugs.We have recently upgraded the rooms with new bedding,new carpet and total renovation of the rooms were recently completed..We do understand his dissatisfaction but according to the hotel policy we do charge for extra person.the review is written by the same two guests with two sepertae reviews.
