Kevin's is one of those happy surprises. A tiny pub on Rte. 28, Kevin's is a local best kept secret. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly and the food is out of this world. The fare runs mostly to fried, but what fried! The fish and chips are great. The fish is really fresh, not heavily battered, moist and delicious. The clams are also top rate with great flavor and, again, not drowning in breading. The pace is easy going. It's a family-run place and it's almost always very busy. Be patient, it's worth the wait. You can call orders in to take out or eat there. The folks there don't advertise, at least none that I've been able to find, so make sure you take the phone number and address.
