“Nice to see”

This is a great place to see maybe once a year or every other year prices are very expensive even more than the regular yankee candle stores in the malls. But there are a lot of other beat things here except csndles the christmas room is my favorite

“Biggest attraction in Western Mass”
Reviewed November 10, 2012

It's a fun place to walk thru, especially before X-mas. Easy access to highways and well worth the stop. Don't forget to check out the "clearance" section of the store for some big savings. Casual food can be bought inside or there is Chandler's Restaurant for a bit more elegance. During foliage it gets mobbed and right before X-mas but it's so big you can usually still meander your way thru.

“OMG!”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

I need to make this a yearly trip. We had a bit of difficulty finding the store using GPS but we asked directions from a person roadside and found it easily that way. Go early, there is much to see and do. There are candles of course but fudge, Legos, kitchen items, outdoor stuff and Candles - Every scent EveR made! Allow 4 hours at Least! DELIGHTFUL and the staff are so pleasant too

“A bit overrated and very expensive”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

This was our second trip up to the Yankee Candle Flagship Store. Keep in mind that is it not an outlet and you will not find outlet pricing. Better prices can be found in retailers and other places, as you will pay top dollar here. But if you are a Yankee Candle junkie, one visit is enough to say you went.... but save your money in the outlet shopping areas, and coupon sales offered in other retailers.

“You will be taken there if you go on a package tour so you MUST face up to it”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

It was two weeks to Hallowe'en and as well as pumpkins and witches and sweets shaped like bats, they already had the Christmas Grotto and Santa's forest village in full swing. We'd gone primarily to see the Fall foliage but in fact we found the whole gigantic commercial extravaganza truly fascinating. we even bought two pairs of tastefully colour - coordinated candles. Even if like Scrooge you try to hunch up in the coach muttering Bah Humbug you'll find the garden surrounding the Yankee Candle Village carpark is tasteful and well kept; with neat lawns, shady trees and pretty flowers. So go inside You will love the colours and variety of the candles you may not afford to spend on many of them so it could turn out to be the best FREE show you go to in New England (after Boston's Freedom Trail that is.)
