Had the king room on the first floor... very neat, clean and comfortable... private bathroom just across the hall...there was a sitting room next to my room and behind that, the kitchen. There did not appear to be any other rooms on that floor, making it very private.
The directions to get there were perfect .As a first time visitor to Boston/Somerville, with no car, I was happy to see that I could take the T red line. Christina's directions were very clear and concise...included info on cabs and airport to site travel.
The house is located just inside a residential area. Very close by there are many restaurants to choose from . Christina, my hostess was charming and friendly ... the continental breakfast had a variety of comestibles.. fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, muffins, danish, bagels and more. I did not leave hungry :)
I was visiting a granddaughter on Parents Weekend and after check out was able to leave the luggage there until later in evening ... a very nice perk for me.
