Owner description: The Shelburne Falls Trolley Museum has restored, and operates for the public a trolley car built in 1896 (one of the oldest operating trolleys in the country) for the Shelburne Falls and Colrain Street Railway. Your all-Day-Pass includes a trip back in time on the trolley (bring your imagination), a self-powered ride on our antique pump car and a chance to explore our Visitors Center, with pictures, toy trains and more.

Small museum and trolly ride is a few hundred feet and back on a track. Like what they are trying to do but space is limited for them. Hopefully they can find more space somehow.

We discovered the delightful town of Shelburne Falls, with its artisan galleries, the potholes, restaurants and the Bridge of Flowers. What most folks don't know is the Bridge was built for a trolley, and that very same 114 year old trolley is running a short walk from the Bridge of Flowers at the Shelburne Falls Trolley Museum

We found the signs at the end of the bridge directing us up the hill. What a treasure ! Car Number 10 that ran across the Bridge is restored and operating beautifully. Our $3 ticket gave us unlimited rides, access to other railroad displays, the museum showing period pictures of the town and Trolley, plus a ride on an old fashion pump car.

The ride is about 15 minutes and well worth the short walk

We especially liked that our kids could ride free, and the museum volunteers were very friendly and knew a lot about the towns history
