“A true representation of old Cape Cod”
Reviewed March 9, 2008

Beths Special Teas is located in the heart of historic Sandwich. Both its exterior and interior represent not only what Cape Cod used to be, but what it is today. With the perfect combination of incredible foods, and equally incredible service, the amazing atmosphere is purely a bonus.

Beth Giampietro is truely a culinary master, baking some of the most delectable deserts that you will ever taste. Best of all you will almost always get a chance to "give your compliments to the chef" since she is no stranger to the dinning room. Beth is always available for a smile and a story. And if its history you like and Beths husband (and partner) Joe is around you might even get a personal history lesson. Joe is no stranger to the town of Sandwich. The Giampietro family has been a part of sandwich for many many years. He can tell you "the way it used to be" and how they try to incorperate tradtion and history into the Bakery.

I have been to many other tea shops on cape cod and Beths surpases them all! I highly recomend Beths Special Teas to anyone local or visting, its worth the trip, no matter where your coming from!

“It's just like home @ Beth's”
Reviewed January 27, 2008

The atmosphere will warm your heart and soul. The food is delicious and the presentation amazing! The deserts are irresistable especially when accompanied by a wonderful pot of hot tea or cup cappacino. The cranberry chicken salad sandwich is a must try as well as the lemon cake with lemon curd filling topped with lemon icing! The selection of black, green, and herbal teas are just right. Everything is delicious!!
Joe, Beth, and their friendly staff have done an amazing job in creating a cafe' that ties the elegence of tea, the warmth of coffee, and the relaxation of Cape Cod into a wonderful place to enjoy a meal. There is something very special about this barkery that leaves you wanting more. I personally can not wait to take another trip to Sandwich, Cape Cod so that I might have the opportunity to visit Beth's Special Teas once more.

“Fellow Oregonian Beth and husband Joe”
Reviewed November 13, 2007

I am visiting from Oregon, had lunch with my mother and father at Beth's Special Teas. I went in to scope out the restaurant while my father was getting my mother out of the van, she has MS and is in a wheelchair, but LOVES TO GO OUT TO EAT EVERY DAY! After seeing the incredible interior and walking out the handicapped door, one of the owners, Joe, met me and we struck up a conversation about the restaurant. I learned that his wife, Beth, was a fellow Oregonian. Once inside the staff were very friendly, the sandwich I had was a Pannini - Hawaiian Pizza style! It was delicious, as was the Apple-Cranberry pie. Joe and Beth were both very outgoing and friendly. On a side note, if you live in the area and are lucky enough to see a big green Ford van pull up to the restaurant it is my father and mother, John and Betty, married 44 years! They frequent Friendly's, Hearth and Kettle, and now Beth's! If you see them, count yourself as one of the lucky ones to view true love and two of the most wonderful, couragous people you could ever meet.
