A Lower Cape institution, Sam's draws the crowds looking for a traditional seafood meal. Lobster, clams, oysters are paired with french fries and onion rings to fill out the "Fried" side of the menu. Cole slaw, potato salads and a variety of lettuce salads fill out the "Natural" side. (The french fries are good but the onion rings too breaded for a soggy texture.) A good view of the Cape Cod Canal in a large array of tables, some on the porch. (Don't expect either warmth or professionalism from the counter crew, whose lack of interest in the guests is overwhemed by a much better developed interest in themselves and each other -- clearly a lack of training by management.) A small bar near the kitchen.
