“Beautiful view, brave swimmers!”
Reviewed May 30, 2012

Kids were jumping off the boardwalk into the water in May. It must have been freezing! The walk to the beach is wonderful--the epitome of summer.

“A top spot to visit in Sandwich”
Reviewed May 21, 2012

We were very taken with this beautiful location. The walk across the marsh is spectacular and the beach found at the very end across the two different sets of boardwalks is a must see. We walked, but there is ample parking for those who desire to drive.

“Easily Accessible and Beautiful”
Reviewed May 3, 2012

The water, beach and dune views were beautiful. The only reason I rated 4, and not 5, is because there are other locations on the Cape that are more spectacular. However, the Sandwich Boardwalk is terrific and offers a couple significant advantages over the others on the Cape:

1) The boardwalk is in fantastic condition and provides very easy access for strollers and elderly (you could even push a wheel chair because is is wide enough).

2) It only takes a few minutes to get to from the Sagamore Bridge...which makes for a shorter drive if your home or accomodations aren't on the Cape.

3) You can see it all in an hour or stay the entire day.

“One of my favorite places on earth.”

It is serene, beautiful and captures all that Cape Cod means to those who love nature in this corner of the world.
