We spent two nights at Changing Tides, August 11 & 12, 2018. Unfortunately, the weather messed with the scheduled fireworks, but our hosts, Stephanie and Jay made the experience everything we could have hoped for. The B&B is located quite conveniently, just a five minute walk at most from Bearskin Neck. The room was roomy, clean and quiet (and nicely air-conditioned). The breakfasts were outstanding; marvelous crepes the first morning that were just fantastic. Other guests were also pleasant and interesting. Lots to do and see in this lovely seaside resort; lobster at Roy Moore. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Ahhhhh....the exhaled sigh of complete tranquility...that is what we experienced from the moment we stepped through the doors of Changing Tides B & B. This property is fabulously situated a short walk to everything fun in Rockport. Our hostess, Stephanie, greeted us with warmth (and warm cookies!!) and was delightful as well as a pleasure to deal with from our first contact through airbnb through checkout. Her morning breakfasts were a culinary work of art all made fresh with produce from her gardens and eggs from her "grandchickens" - breakfasts you would gladly pay $50/couple for had they not been included. The property has a lovely screened-in porch to enjoy morning coffee, a beautiful yard with hanging comfy chairs surrounding a fire pit, and the bedroom and common areas were all immaculate and "New England quaint". For convenience, warmth, and value...this place can't be beat!!!

Stephanie was an amazing host. Changing Tides was exactly what we were looking for. Sweet, bright, impeccable. The breakfast was as delicious as mentioned. The location was ideal. I highly recommend a stay at this B & B.

This is the most warm and inviting place to stay. Every detail makes you feel at home and comfortable. The highlight is definitely the homemade gourmet breakfast lovingly made by Stephanie. Definitely plan on returning to Rockport for another getaway.

We were happy to book all 3 wonderful rooms for our family of 7 and even had the whole house for us alone!
Stephanie is a wonderful host, that even baked fresh bread on the 2nd day for Breakfast, because the kids asked for it. On the first day we had a delicious blueberry stuffed french toast.
And every evening we got fresh cookies as well.
Changing Tides B&B is a wonderful hideaway for everyone.
Fully recommended!!!
