Everything was very nice at this comfy B&B. Stephanie and Jay are very welcoming and friendly. We had the Mermaid Room which was bright and well decorated. It had a king size sleep number bed which was cool to get to try out. There's a window (skylight) above the bed which we left open on our second night and we could see the stars and got nice air circulation. Stephanie's breakfasts are delicious and plentiful and were served on the side screened in porch. One morning the main course was eggs Benedict with asparagus and the next was buttermilk corneal waffles with homemade blueberry sauce. Both were accompanied by fresh fruit, organic yogurt, homemade granola, and various juices. Freshly baked cookies were put in our room every afternoon...delicious...best oatmeal raisin cookie I have ever had.
I chose to rate this place a 4 instead of 5 is that there is no tv in the guest room and the living room tv has very limited channels. Also their family lives there during the daytime but doesn't sleep there so you could be there when they have large family dinners. We were. Not saying this is bad but just be aware.More
