We grabbed lunch here, and the food was quite good -- the chowder was the best I've had, house-made with super-fresh clams. The lobster roll was delicious as well, with its toasted bun and good amount of dressing for the sweet lobster bits. I'd recommend this place, but don't bring a big crowd -- it's a pretty tiny place.

This is a very cute, small diner-type restaurant. The food is good and it seemed that there were as many locals as there were tourists. The service is good and friendly and the menu is reasonable priced. I highly recommend this eatery.

I don't know why people would want to miss out on a place like this! Great food, not too pricy, nice and friendly staff! If there is any problems, they always fix them! My family loves the Red Skiff!

Small diner off the main street, seats 20 at tables, 5 at the counter.
There is a good menu with decent prices, we had a very nice waitress, and the place was clean clean, but the food (fried clams and a fried seafood platter) had an off taste that we just could not identify. It makes me nauseous remembering that flavor. Ick.

We had breakfast twice in the Red Skiff in a 4-day stay in Rockport. It is small and busy, with queues for a table at the weekend. The breakfasts were tasty - pancakes, corn-beef hash. Service from the young waitresses was variable - they seemed to have difficulty understanding our English accents.
