Great hotel. They offer great service to and from airport or tolly service to tour downtown Boston. The rooms are clean, quite, and roomy. The staff was not only friendly but very helpful. If flying into or out of Boston, I would use this hotel again.

a clean, organized stay for park and fly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was perfect for an early morning flight. Transportation to and from the airport was timely and drivers were courteous. Reccokmmend

I chose this hotel based on the raving reviews of their shuttle service (it was a school shopping trip and airport pickup combined), and I can't say that my experience was as great. First, outbound service is only on the hour from 11am-5am, so plan accordingly. Pickup is on call but the phone service for the hotel was out both days that we were there so they said they would come by every 10-15 mins to check for guests. One driver said 'call and we'll pick you up at the station', so I said 'the phones are out, won't you be back?', and he said 'you need to call' and after a couple more times of repeating the above, we literally ended up just looking at each other, blinking. Another passenger then said to him, 'the phones at the hotel, they are not working, how will she call?' and he says 'someone will pick you up'. Ok, great. Fast forward to the next morning, second trip into the city, my kids and I are sitting on the curb at the subway station for 30 mins waiting for a shuttle. 10 calls to the hotel (I was desperate), phones still out. I email the hotel, please, it's warm out and my kids are sitting on the curb. Finally a shuttle arrives, pulls into the can recycling place, and honks the horn at us- motioning for us to run across the busy street because he didn't want to turn it. Room was clean, bed nice, breakfast good. Doubt I'd return.

The beds are very comfortable. The bedding is something I would like to have at home. There is always a good variety of items available at breakfast. They always have a few baskets of fruit out for the guests. Coffee, tea and Hot water are available too. Another nice touch is they have cookies in the evening with several choices to choose from. The staff is what makes this hotel a pleasure to stay. From the van driver to the front desk personel all the way down to the housekeeping crew. They are always friendly and helpful.

This property met all my criteria for staying at a hotel close to the airport. I always look at consumer ratings on Trip Advisor first and this was highly recommended. Since my flights were very early in the morning returning very late at night, 24 hour shuttle service was very important in addition to being clean with a comfortable bed to my selection of this hotel. I was not disappointed. It took only minutes to get to the airport, and the Shuttle was there promptly at 11:15 pm when I called on my return. Would recommend and stay here again for purposes of flying out of Logan, eventhough I would have preferred to pay less for the room.

Room Tip: I stayed at 2 different rms, King & Double Queen. Both were consistantly good.

We spent the night of July 12 at this hotel after flying in from Houston. We had free prompt (hotel) shuttle service from the airport. The room was nice and clean. In addition, this Hampton Inn has a restaurant which is open for evening meal service. That was good for us as we were exhausted by the time we arrived and didn't want to go out of the hotel to s restaurant.

The hotel, also, provided shuttle service to other locations in the city. However, we checked out the following morning as we were getting on a cruise ship. If we had stayed longer, we would have availed ourselves of this service.

We picked this hotel based on reviews. Though it is in an out of the way location, the hotel is definitely a diamond in the rough. The staff was wonderful, the food was good, and the transportation to the subway made our trip into Boston a breeze. For the price this place is a great place to stay. One note though, and we knew this going into it, there are not a lot of places to eat around the hotel so you may want to plan accordingly. Otherwise it was a pleasure staying there. Oh and our kids got to meet some pilots too!
