“Excellent service, friendly staff, great amenities”

We were a family of four traveling to Europe so we stayed a night at the Hampton Inn. There shuttle service from the airport and also to the local subway station was great, be sure you have a cell phone, but just call the hotel and they will send the shuttle to you. We never waited more than ten minutes.
The rooms were comfortable, my kids loved the indoor pool, and breakfast was plentiful. Wonderfully managed hotel.

I travel for work extensively and stay here often. It's always clean, comfortable beds ,and an awesome staff. I usually stay here several times a month and it's always been great! They have a great shuttle service to the airport and local T stops.

Our positive experience started from the time we were picked up by the airport shuttle. The driver was so courteous, friendly and helpful. I wish I would have gotten his name to give him some recognition.
In any event, shuttle service was fast and efficient (about 10 min. from airport to hotel). Room (one-bedroom King suite) was spacious & clean. Sleep quality was excellent - absolutely no noise at night. Two TVs, one in each room - lots of channel choices.
There is a small "Suite Shop" in the lobby featuring snacks and sundries. Also a small bar/pub called Two Doors Down that opens at 5:00 p.m. serving a light menu of appetizers, pizzas, burgers, drinks, etc. Note that I didn't see any restaurants within easy walking distance, so eating at the hotel was our only dinner option, although we did try Two Doors Down and thought it was fine. The free breakfast in the lobby was great. Lots of choices - both hot and cold items - and a make your own waffle station. Plus, they had some excellent and fresh pastries that were much better than one would expect at a breakfast buffet of this sort. Lots of seating available in the morning (at least for us).
For our return to the airport, I was impressed because we had a bunch of folks leaving for the airport at the same time. When it became apparent that not everyone would fit in the shuttle bus, they immediately pulled up another van and driver so no one would have to wait.
Overall, a great stay and, having stayed at another airport property on a prior visit to Boston, I would definitely choose this one again.

I discovered this Hampton property through the review here at Trip Advisor. If you are trying to escape the expensive nightly rates from the downtown Boston hotels--this is a great option. They offer a very convenient free shuttle service to the Wood Island subway station (Blue Line) and to the airport. Quincy Market & the Aquarium are just 3 stops from the Wood Island station and the State (transfer to Orange line) and Government Center (transfer to Green line) stops are right after. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast had many choices. They also offer shuttle service to a couple of local restaurants and they have food available in their on-site bar. This property is located very close to Thrifty Rental Car.

This is not our first stay at this Hampton Inn and for the second time, it was wonderful. They were so accommodating with our need to shift our dates (airline issues), extend our stay (airline issues/sudden business need) and pick us up at 3 a.m. at Logan (airline issues)! We will absolutely be staying at this location again and highly recommend it!

Flew overseas and stayed at Hampton Inn Logan at each end of trip. The Inn delivered much more than I expected. The staff were efficient and helpful and the room was lovely - well appointed, and extremely comfortable. Will definitely be on my favorites list.

Everything we needed for a good night's sleep and quick get away was available at this location. Park and fly feature made it even better with easy and convenient self parking! Very quiet and comfortable for an airport hotel.
