This hotel offers the best value for a Boston visit. The hotel is located close to the airport and offers free shuttle service to and from the T. We never waited more than a few minutesThe rooms were spacious with a sitting area, comfy beds and a little frig. Our view was of Revere Beach. The hotel has an awesome continental breakfast with all compostables and composting and recycling. there is an indoor heated pool and I was the only one in it every time I swam (daily). The staff was awesome, the hotel is os clean, great business center, lobby seating for relaxing...really one of the best value hotels I have ever stayed in! enjoy!

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the beach....

This Comfort Inn and Suites is very nice and appointed well. The lobby, lounge, breakfast area and common parts of the hotel are top notch. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We did have a small issue in that when we opened the door to the room, there was a dirty washcloth on the floor near the door which probably had fallen off the room staff cleaning cart. It was taken care of immediately. We loved the room, the closeness of the Margarita's restaurant and the service. Only complaint we have is that in the renovations there must have not been an emphasis on sound deadening insulation because we could hear both a little dog whining and crying and later some x-rated talk and action in a nearby room. The hotel staff did confirm that pets are allowed to stay for an additional fee of $25 which we didn't know. Otherwise, we enjoyed this location.

We have stayed here many times and have never had a complaint. The staff is always friendly and there to help with whatever you may need. If there is any problem in the room, the staff responds immediately. Our family enjoys the breakfast and pool. Also having coffee and tea availavle anytime in the lobby is quite a treat. The entire hotel is spotless.

We would like to commend one of the finest employees at Comfort Inn & Suites, Mr. Darrel Smith. A few months ago, when we wrote a review on tripadvisor about an issue with our long-term parking at this hotel, Mr. Smith's response was highly professional, courteous, and friendly. His handling of this matter was amazing, and we now trust and have new respect for Comfort Inn & Suites, Boston. We definitely plan to return. Our gratitude to Mr. Smith and to Comfort Inn & Suites for the fine manner in which they listen and truly care about their customers!

We have Usually stayed at another local Hotel when traveling out of Logan. Not wanting to drive after a Long day of traveling back from Punta Cana I saw a great rate and booked. We picked Up the car at the other Hotel and drove here. We were Hungry so grabbed some Mexican out front and checked in. Excellent Hotel but the best part was after missing breakfast The Manager Tanya personally went and got Us a breakfast with Bagels fruits Yogurt to bring to room as My SO was not feeling well and Tanya also set up a late check out for Us. I always tell Myself I am going to write reviews but This is the first time. Actually writing it from The Hotel as We speak!! Thanks Tanya this is My new Boston area Hotel!!!!!

Stayed at Comfort Inn Sunday night because my wife and had a flight out Monday morning to Orlando . All though we lived only 35 miles from Logan we were worried about the commute to Logan with the weather, traffic etc. Our stay for the most part was excellent. The check in process was quick and professional . The room was very clean . The bed was real confortable . The breakfast was good and the free shuttle to Logan was a plus The only complaint was an argument between a couple in the room next to us. We however did not report it to the main desk. Overall we would not hesitate to stay here again or recomment it.Great value .

I will definitely stay here again. The room was clean and up to date, the free breakfast was great but what will keep me coming back is the staff. They were so nice and accommodating. I was bumped off my flight due to weather and had a sick child. The front desk was even willing to help us get to the hospital and go back and pick us up. In this day and age when customer service has become a lost art, the staff here cares about their guests and exceeded my expectations with a friendly smile. My only regret was that we did not have our bathing suites to take advantage of the pool. Thanks again and keep up the good work!
