“Your Best Bet in Raynham”
Reviewed July 28, 2011

I stay at the Hampton Inn Raynham almost once per month on business trips to the area. The Hampton Inn is your best in this area by a long shot. The staff is exceptional and always goes out of their way to be helpful. The quality of the beds are excellent, and the hotel is very well maintained.

I have also held seminars at the hotel and they do a great job hosting meetings. The health club is quite small, but there is full service health club a 1/2 mile from the hotel. One of the best fine dinning restaurants in the area, the Stoneforge Inn is just around the corner. And of course, there is Dunkin Donuts within 100 yards of the hotel!!

From the time we arrived to the time we left we were extremely satisfied with every aspect. Staff was friendly, efficient and eager to please. Hotel was immaculate! Fitness Center and pool were convenient and had everything that one needed to enjoy the amenity. Breakfast center was packed with choices and kept everything well stocked!

What a treat! One of the nicest Hampton Inn's we've stayed at. Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious rooms, great staff, all for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I went to the Hampton Inn with son (18) Nephew (14) and Neice (10) for the night just to get away and have some bonding time. The inside of the lobby/breakfast area is extremely nicely decorated. Front desk staff where helpful. Room was clean, nice decor and beds are very comfie. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of selections. Only down side would be the tile in the pool area. It is extremely slippery. Kids slipped numerous times. Thankfully noone was hurt but a diffrent textures added to the tiles would be helpful. Overall a great experience!

This Hampton Inn is head and shoulders above the rest. First, the lobby and common areas, and hallways were tastefully decorated and very inviting. The addition of nice tapestry carpeting, dried floral arrangements, and lighting reminded me of a five star hotel. The warm cookies at the front desk was a nice touch during check in. Second was the fantastic breakfast including hard boiled eggs, danish, steak and scrambled eggs "Western" style (I had never seen that before at a Hampton Inn), waffles, and bagel toppers which was a huge treat. My room, a double with two comfy queen sized beds, was immaculate. Again, it had upgrades not seen in a typical Hampton Inn -- upgraded bathroom fixtures, nicer wallpaper, carpeting, fridge, microwave, granite-topped hardwood bathroom towel armoire, desk and chairs. The room was immaculate and the beds are more comfortable than what I have at home. The business center, in a separate corner off the front lobby, had a laser printer, PC, and provided several office supplies. The only complaint I had about the entire stay was that the microwave was broken and I had to use the one downstairs, and the heating system (controls on the wall, blowers underneath the windowseat) were somewhat confusing. If not set properly, the display flickers between Centigrade and Farenheit as if the heating system was trying to turn on. The display and clicking noises kept me awake for an hour until I figured out how to set it. The front desk did not seem to help very much.

The hotel is right off the intersection of Rtes. 24 and 44 (major highways) and Rte 44 is the major strip where you can find everything. Definitely worth a repeat visit if you can find an excuse to stay in the Raynham-Taunton area.

This Hampton Inn is just at the exit of a highway, so very accessible for those using it for a overnight stay during a trip (as we did). There is plenty of parking, and despite proximity to the highway it was still quiet.

We were given a suite, so had a huge room (actually two rooms joined together) with a living room, kitchen, etc. Not sure if we were upgraded or if this was the actual reservation. It was nevertheless expensive enough to justify the size! :)

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The reception area was small and a bit shabby, but this was a motel-style hotel, so I guess that's how they usually are.

Overall a comfortable stay.

I can't think of a bad thing to say. The room was spotless, the bed was heaven, the bathroom was perfect. Free breakfast was average, but free! The staff was very nice. The first two nights we had messages on the phone from the front desk asking if everything was ok and did we need anything. The air conditioning fan was a little loud, but the thermostat was perfect, so the room stayed a constant temperature. There is a handy little sundries counter by the front desk for candy, microwave popcorn, cookies, beverages, microwave dinners, etc... Free in room ethernet cable internet. A little slow... but again, free!
