We had a wonderful time this September, 2011, at the Provincetown Inn. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff extremely attentive, and the location beautiful. It was a delightful experience.

We have been visiting the P-Town Inn for 15 years. Besides the spectacular location, the service has been second to none for all of our stays. The front desk crew of Bonnie G, Nury and Ken are ALWAYS extremely professional and ALWAYS accomodate any need or question we might have without hesitation. Common courtesy and respect of the client is foremost with these individuas. They make our visits worthwhile and keep us coming back.

Room Tip: Always get a water view

My wife and I traveled to cape cod to view the light houses and found our selves at Provincetown very late in the day. The hospitality and professional assistance offered by the Inn's clerk Bonnie G. was very welcomed by two tired travilers. Bonnie provided us with a very nice room and offered help in locating dinner. The continal breakfast offered at the Inn was exceptional. Although we only stayed one night, I would highly recommend the Provincetown Inn to anyone planning a trip to Cape Cod.

Room Tip: Pick one that has a sunrise view.

We wish that we had known about the Provincetown Inn at thew beginning of our week long vacation. We stayed at the Inn on the last night of our trip and absolutely loved it.. Bonnie G. at the front desk was kind and helpful. Mary, the bartender, was great...the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was great! Overall experience....can't wait to return!

Room Tip: Oceanside rooms....great!

This maybe the dirtiest, most run down hotel I have stayed in. Between the Golden Girls decor and the stained carpets lies a hotel that should have been torn down during it's heyday. If you are looking for charming, nostalgic or quaint you will have to ask the roaches what this place was like in the 1930's. I guess the nicest thing you can say about this place is that the owners can't screw up the view. Next time I will just sleep in the car.

We stayed at the Provincetown Inn over the Columbus Day weekend. Our room was a "premium" room and did have a great view. We overlooked the beach and the bay and it is hard to imagine a better location.

The room was dated. It was clean, but small, with a very small bathroom. The sink in particular was tiny. My wife had to use a jacket for an additional pillow to make up for the extremely small pillows. Unfortunately, when we checked out, we forgot her jacket. We called the hotel that evening and they found it and sent it to us UPS, at our expense.

The hotel was clean but a bit run down.
We had room 54 (w/ balcony) on the second floor with a view of cape cod bay and p-town harbor over looking the roof of the breakfast area and the pool.

At Columbus Day weekend off-peak pricing we didn't feel ripped off.
Continental breakfast (included) had a good coffee selection, an OK pastry platter and a good bagel and toast selection. There were also assorted cereals to choose from.

Beds were typical cheap motel springy mattresses and walls were thin. The wood tongue and groove paneling was "pickled" and it showed lots of worn spots all around... as though the furniture ad been repositioned and you could see the worn spots were it used to be.

Artwork in the room was quaint.

The hotel common space has lots of hand painted murals down the main corridor... don't quite know how to characterize these... almost like being in an old theme park.

The location is great. Parking was easy and it's a 20min walk to the center of town.
