Rooms are nice. Bed is very comfy. Good location just outside town. Keith and Armand are great people who take very good care of their guests! I was not happy with the location of the room I was originally assigned to. Armand was quick to get us to a nicer spot. And Keith was right there behind the bar offering up lively conversation and tasty drinks! I'd stay again.

Room Tip: Bay view rooms offer an amazing view of sunset!

I am very impressed by the changes at this hotel. The room was everything we needed (two comfiy beds with nice linens, a good sized refrigerator and microwave, very functional hairdryer, good heater) and more. It was clean and simply but attractively appointed, and we were treated like V.I.P.s by the lovely, solicitous staff.

We stayed here for the later part of Women's week and found the place exactly what we needed. We were greeted with open arm by the a very friendly women who was there in the morning. I'm sorry I don't remember her name. We got in around 9 that morning after traveling for 14+ hour through the night. We have been awake for 24hr by that time. She told us our room was ready. Arman was amazing as well. When we checked out fairly early he made sure we had breakfast before leaving, even when it was not set out yet. Such a friendly people. Breakfast was good, but great if your were on a budget since it's included. Dinner was alright because it was lacking seasoning and our server was less than stellar. But don't let that deter you. Just go somewhere else for dinner then come back.
We didn't mind the 2 mile walk into town. It's perfect if you're active. We actually really enjoyed it. we were able to absorb more of the town in my opinion.
The walls are thin but that did not bother us. I definitely recommend this place.

Room Tip: Get the ocean view. It's worth it

Walking through Provincetown is the perfect way to spend a fall afternoon. For a summer stay we recommend taking advantage of our complimentary bicycle rental; it’s a ton of fun to ride along the beach! We apologize that your dining experience with us was not up to par and we will share your comments with our Lounge staff. Thank you for providing us your perspective; we hope you’ll return to the Harbor Hotel Provincetown for the next Women’s Week!

SC101112 "Few Drawbacks" put it best.
They say it was renovated but some paint and decorated is more like it. We were on the first floor and the noise level from outside as well as other rooms is loud. Car alarm toots, and people walking around talking ect. I don't walk barefoot in any hotel room so I can't say anything other than uncovered cement floors. The room seemed pretty clean but the older bathroom does need updating. It is also very small. The distance to town is over a mile and a half so some people would have to take a $6 per person cab ride. The bikes were never mentioned to us. The continental breakfast was basic. Bagels were not worth eating. The picked through fruit salad was unappetizing. Cereal and yogurt were good. The outdoor space (big gas fire pit) although next to the parking lot on the highway is nice. We did not look at The cabana bar area because of the season. Across the street is the ocean, which is beautiful and there wasn't a lot of traffic. The bar had a great band and was a lot of fun on Saturday night. The bartender was very friendly and attentive as was the staff at the front desk. For about the same money I will look into other places when we return.

Room Tip: second floor probably quieter.

Your detailed feedback is really appreciated by us. Although we’re happy that you enjoyed spending time by our outdoor fire pit and the live music during the weekend, we wish you had enjoyed more aspects of your stay as equally. We would like to point out that our cement flooring is one of the most sustainable and allergy-friendly options around. While we’re only a mile away from the heart of town, we do have complimentary bicycle rentals that you can ride in on and a shuttle during the summertime and we’re sorry that you were not made aware of this. Many of our guests enjoy walking the beach into town during low tide! We apologize that your accommodations were not to your liking and we hope that you’ll give us another chance.

Recently stayed at the Harbor Hotel, with our Car Club for our "Annual Rte 6 P-Town Cruise Event". We had a bay view room, 2nd floor, with a beautiful unobstructed view. Really enjoyed sitting around the large fire pot into the wee hours, very relaxing. Free continental breakfast, had a lot to offer. Most Car Club members only stayed one night, and had to leave due to rain and wind to get their classic cars back home. We booked for 2 nights, hoping to spend a day in town. Weather prevented us from leaving the hotel. After seeing our friends off, we watched an old Elvis movie put on for the Car Club, in the lounge. Disappointed with the weather we parked our "31" Pink Ford Roadster P/U. in front of hotel, wiped it down endlessly and went to our room to relax and watch football. Got stir crazy and decided to go down to the bar where we watched football on the big screen. This is where we met Keith, very friendly and happy. He served us dinner and was attentive to all of our needs. Never had to ask twice for anything. Wished every restaurant we go to had servers like him. He takes a lot of pride in his work. After dinner, we decided to relax in the lobby where we met Armand who was keeping a watchful eye on our truck (Bugs Bunny). Thank you Armand! Five minutes after talking to him, we felt like we were long time friends. Talked with Armand for quite some time, he made us feel like we were visiting a friend for the evening, which really helped our rained out day end with fun and laughter. We had a great time and look forward to coming back soon! :) -- Jim, Joanne, and Bugs Bunny

Room Tip: Bay view has a beautiful view of the bay.
