It's easy to pass by the Admiral's Landing in Provincetown, but it would be a mistake to do so. Innkeepers Audri and Robyn are the absolute perfect hosts, and Robyn's breakfast breads and pastries are the best way in the world to start the day. A small intimate patio space is perfect for a small wedding, and a warm dining/living area make this the perfect wedding, honeymoon, or just plain vacation destination in a town filled with great ones. The Admiral's Landing really stands out!

Look no further for the perfect Provincetown B&B! My husband and I stayed at Admiral’s Landing in Room #3 at the end of July and were pleased with absolutely everything. The location (1 block from Commercial Street) is fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and our room was spotless. Audrey and Robyn are incredibly welcoming, gracious, and helpful hosts. All of their restaurant suggestions were spot-on ($12.99 Burger Queen lobster roll = MUST. We went twice the same day) and breakfast (homemade peach muffins and frittata, plus a selection of cereals, fruit, and yogurt) was just what we needed to start our day. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a wonderful visit!!

Room Tip: We stayed in room #3 and found it cozy, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Great shower pressure and hot water too!

Robyn and Audri are amazing! From the moment we were picked up at the pier we knew we were in for a treat. The entire B&B is immaculate and welcoming. We stayed in room 4 and it had all you could ask for. The room decor is lovely and not cluttered. Breakfast is a real treat. Do not miss out!! Fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, coffee, tea and a homemade pastry. Delicious and a great way to kick off your day. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus after a day of walking up and down Commercial Street. The location is perfect. Just one very short block to Commercial Street where you will find all the shops and restaurants. Robyn and Audri welcome you with warm smiles and great tips on what there is to see and do in Ptown. Great conversation and a great space to relax. It is like staying with friends...the kind you really like and want to visit! Can't wait to come back to Ptown and Admiral's Landing!

Selected this location on a whim not really having the chance to research much about it. Theres nothing better than being surprised in the best way possible. Robyn and Audri were the best hosts. Greeting us every morning with huge smiles and fresh baked treats. The other guests staying at the B&B were friendly and very welcoming and being our first time in P-Town they gave us great recommendations on things to do. The rooms were great, quiet & clean and the location of the B&B was within walking distance to all the bars and shopping. All in all great time and I cannot wait to return next year. Great memories were made :)

This is my fourth consecutive year to stay at the Admiral's Landing. Having just returned, I feel obligated to report what I experienced: excellent care to every detail of my stay to include an impeccably clean room, consistently delicious breakfast foods and friendliness that has now morphed into the feel of family. The interesting part is that all this is delivered seamlessly! Given the opportunity, I would stay no where else in Provincetown.

Room Tip: I have stayed in many rooms, all of which were equally beautiful. If you have joint problems (as I do), you are better served by staying on the first floor.
