“A stay like no other!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 22, 2013

This is my fourth consecutive year to stay at the Admiral's Landing. Having just returned, I feel obligated to report what I experienced: excellent care to every detail of my stay to include an impeccably clean room, consistently delicious breakfast foods and friendliness that has now morphed into the feel of family. The interesting part is that all this is delivered seamlessly! Given the opportunity, I would stay no where else in Provincetown.

Room Tip: I have stayed in many rooms, all of which were equally beautiful. If you have joint problems (as I...

Very nice Bed and Breakfast in the center of town. A 5 minute walk from the pier, but the Inn was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off at the Ferry. Had an awesome 2nd floor room, and enjoyed every aspect of the Inn. Would highly recommend it.
Robyn and Audri are great hosts!

Staying at Admiral's Landing is an amazing experience. This was our second year staying with Robyn and Audri and we are already booked for our third. Beautiful, warm and friendly accommodations, located just moments away from the town center, make this Bed and Breakfast #1 in our places to stay in Cape Cod.

Robyn & Audri are awesome hosts. It is their friendliness, hospitality, and smile that makes my stay more welcoming. My Room #3 (2nd floor facing Bradford Street) was very clean and comforting, with a cool A/C during my stay of hot 90's temperature. Has a very decent parking space/spot.

I highly recommend this establishment.

Robyn and Audri are true hoteliers, who care about their B&B and want to make their guests feel warm and welcome. I stayed at Admiral's Landing on a rainly long weekend, and I must say they brightened up every day. It´s rare to go to a destination holiday spot these days and find such thoughtful hosts. The vast majority of fellow guests I met around the breakfast table were repeat customers, which is about the best testimonial possible. Next time, I will happily be one of the regulars, too! Rooms are charming. The breakfast is delighful. Common areas are well kept, and the free coffee is a nice treat. It´s always a pleasure to sit in the jacuzzi in the evening as well. A short walk from the galleries, and R & A always have great restaurant suggestions.

We stayed at Admiral's landing for 7 nights. It was a great place to stay! Robyn and Audri were exceptionally welcoming and friendly hosts, and very helpful regarding any requests we had. However, we also appreciated that they were not invading and not making too intimate an atmosphere. The joint breakfasts ran smoothly and was a great way to start the day. We picked up helpful suggestions from the other guests as well as from Robyn and Audri. We stayed in room 6 and appreciated a new quiet aircondition, a small walk-in closet ( great for keeping order during a longer stay) and a fridge (placed in the bathroom, which was great for me who hates any noice in the bedrooom). The whole place was overall very quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated. Apart from the hosts and the accomodation in itself, the location was another reason we loved this place. Two minutes to walk down to Commercial street, and three minutes to walk to the town beach. The shuttle to lovely Herring Cove and Race Point beaches stops right by the house. We had a lovely stay, and would choose this again if we're coming back to Provincetown!

We experienced genuine hospitality from the hosts of this Bed and Breakfast in a great location in Provincetown. It is very evident that the owners really care about the guest experience. The property and our room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast included home baked pastries, fresh fruit, high end yogurt and coffee/tea, as well as many other items. The hosts were always there to get you anything you need and never stopped smiling. We have been staying at B&Bs for over 20 years and this is the first time we have been excited to write something on TripAdvisor. We look forward to staying with Robyn and Audri again in the future.
