The property is beautiful and has been set up to be very comfortable, clean and modern. Robyn and Audri were fantastic in every way and so helpful. I had made a mistake in my booking and we arrived a day early Audri went beyond the call of duty and helped us sort out the issue with the booking company which was quite time consuming. She was more concerned about it not affecting our ability and time available to enjoy Provincetown. We were visiting from Australia and her service was fantastic. Breakfast was lovely and so was the conversation. The hotub was a great way to relax in the evening too. They also helped us book onto a Whale Watching tour that was due to leave in half an hour of us asking about it. Every aspect of our stay was great and largely due to their hospitality. We'd definitely recommend and stay again if we return to Provincetown. Thanks to you both for a lovely stay and great memories! Jules and Damo.

Room Tip: We stayed in the upstairs room. Beautiful!

Our go to B&B when we're in P-town, usually once or twice a year. Robyn and Audri are excellent hosts, they exemplify what service and hospitality is all about. They're warm, compassionate, welcoming, and make you feel right at home.

The place is set-up beautifully. The rooms are clean. Most rooms have fireplaces, TVs, and mini-refridgerators. Free parking is available on-site. Free Wi-Fi. Plenty of outdoor space, a grill on-site if you desire, and a hot-tub.

They usually serve their signature "admiral's cups" for breakfast, which are little muffin shaped quiches embedded with cheese, salsa, and black beans. Warm comfort goodness! They also serve their signature loafs, today, walnut zucchini loaf. Along with fresh fruits, yogurts, and cereal. They have a keurig machine, so coffee on demand. :) Iced coffee? No problem, they have a ice machine below the keurig. Apples, bananas, and oranges are available in the dining area all day, if you eat as frequently as I do.

Looking forward to our next stay here. Check it out!

Room Tip: We usually go with room #6 (check the website for more info)

As always, Robyn & Audri made us feel very welcome for our third visit to their very hospitable B&B. They're always willing to help out if needed, advice us on places to visit, where to have dinner in the evening etc. The room was as nice as we remembered it!

My husband and I had a great stay at Admiral's Landing. Audrey and Robyn are so accommodating and nice. Every morning Robyn bakes some tasty bread/cake/loaf which makes for a great breakfast and good snacking for the rest of the day. It's convenient to get to the main drag (really just one long block). We absolutely recommend the Admiral's Landing and would stay again the next time we're in Provincetown.
