“Great Inn--Great Hosts!”
Reviewed July 31, 2011

Beautifully renovated Inn with a great location. Close enough to the action and far enough to get to relax and have quiet time on the great patio. Robyn and Audri are great hosts. Great breakfast. Very knowledgeable of the area and super helpful.

I've been going to Provincentown since 1993 and have stayed in many places. None deserved the accolades that Admiral's Landing does. Redecorated and re-renovated this B&B has airy, ultra-clean, and exceptionally comfortable rooms. It's centrally located near the action but not on top of it so you can have some quiet time on the zen-like patio. There's a hot tub, a fireplace in the room, chocolates on your pillow, and Robyn & Audri are the most amazing hosts. Both are living their dream as the owners and you can tell by the amount of love they have put into their establishment. Each morning you're greeted with a Robyn baked specialty (scones, muffins, or baked bread) and one of Audri's Admiral cups (yummy egg bites - which I will try to recreate at home). I can't wait to see them again and stay at Admirals Landing - our new home in P-Town.

Room Tip: All the rooms are great. Book in advance for next year to lock in this year's rates.

We stayed in the Starboard room, which was on the backside of the home. It was large enough to be very comfortable. The place was EASY access to everything. We never used our car while there. The hosts, Audri and Robyn were wonderful and were always available to answer our questions and give us great recommendations for dining and entertainment. The coffee and breakfast was top notch. It was a great stay and recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Provincetown at it's best.

Room Tip: If you want large rooms, Portside and Starboard are the best

We planned our trip to Provincetown in just a few weeks and are so glad we ended up at Admiral's Landing. The owners, Audri and Robyn, are wonderful, the rooms were nice, the house was beautiful and the location was perfect.

Robyn met us at the ferry docks, which was extremely helpful. She gave us a quick and helpful tour on the short drive back to Admiral's Landing. The B&B's location on Bradford St. was excellent - just a one block walk to Commercial Street and nicely located between the shopping and gallery districts.

My husband and I had made some online reservations for restaurants, but Audri was kind enough to give her honest opinion about the best places to eat in town. We did not have one meal that was less than perfect. Wow - The Mews, Front Street, The Waterford. All excellent. Robyn told us a lot about the whale watching tour, which we took and really enjoyed. They also gave us coupons for whale watching and details on bike rentals. We were never left wondering.

There were so many nice touches at this B&B, such as complimentary coffee/tea anytime, glasses, wine openers, fruit, towels for the beach, printing our boarding passes. Whenever we asked, they said YES. The customer service reminded me of long ago when everyone tried to make you happy. The breakfast was delicious each day - Robyn bakes special treats for every morning, Audri makes an Admiral's Cup egg dish, and there's yogurt, granola, cereal, toast, juice, etc. Great coffee selection, even for a decaf drinker like me.

Most importantly, my husband and I felt welcome and at home at Admiral's Landing. The owners and the other guests were great people and we came home knowing that P-Town is a place we'll visit again!

Room Tip: We stayed in room 1, which is closest to the dining area, but we were never disturbed. Other rooms w...

This was our first time in PTown and we couldn't have selected a better place to stay! Centrally located (we used our car once the whole week - to get to Herring Cove beach), it's a very quick walk to all the shopping, dining and fun PTown has to offer. The innkeepers were absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful and just totally sweet. Our room (5) was great - a nice size for a B&B, well decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom is a tad bit small, so bring a hanging toiletry bag - problem solved. We can't wait to return and would definitely stay there again.

From the moment we arrived is was clear that this was going to be a great place to stay. The "ladies" went out of their way to make sure we were having the best stay possible. I would definitely come back.
