We had dinner here last night with friends David and Kevin. The restaurant has only been open 3 weeks but you could not tell.
The food was outstanding , we had the scallops which were memorable and the smoked fish. Main course of locally caught striped bass equally amazing and the burger excellent. The wine is a major focus and it certainly delivered. Add to this the wonderful service and it's a must visit when you are in Ptown. Many thanks John and Andrea.

Joon Bar and Kitchen on Commercial Street, Provincetown is a great date place; trendy, relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff and incredible food. The raw oysters on the half-shell boasted a truly special treat - lemon mignonette granita (like a champagne-infused sorbet) to compliment the outstanding flavor of the petite oysters. Like nothing I've ever tasted! Recommended to compliment the oysters was the White Linen cocktail with Crater Lake Ginger Vodka, Lemonade, and Fresh Mint, refreshing and a taste of summer. Needing a little more substance after the perfectly made drinks, but not ready for dinner, we followed the recommendation to try the Duck Confit Flatbread. The duck was tender and tasty, not a bit gamey and sweetened by caramelized onions. I can wait to return soon to have dinner!

The menu posted on the door looked intriguing, so we ate at the bar one evening when we were unable to reserve a table. After the first dishes we immediately reserved a table three nights later Great little wine list, amazing cocktails, and the menu offered great flexibility between tapas, small plates, and large plates. We sampled from the wonderful flatbreads, awesome smoked bluefish salad, grilled broccolini with fava beans and feta, perfect oysters, seared halibut and scallops expertly prepared, rich duck confit. Really fine food, great ingredients prepared with a sure touch.

The space has a cool vibe and is visually interesting, and attracted a well-heeled and hip crowd, including some foodies and other restaurant owners. For this season at least, it's the hot spot in Provincetown for a great bar and kitchen experience.

We've been here twice. Once was opening night and it was disorganized and crazy...but the food was good. Went back last night to find a restaurant much more "in the groove". Solid wine list, great cocktails and innovative food. Dear Joon, the West End welcomes u!

Early reservation before a show. We sat at a nice hightop table in the middle of the room. Bar was packed, the cocktails were the best in town and the decor a trendy chilled out vide. Service and food exceeded our expectations. The Flatbreads had a thin crust and just the right amount of toppings. Duck sliders cooked to perfection and juicy and delicious. If they keep this up they will be the top dog in the busy restaurant world of Ptown. It will be the first reservation I make on my next visit to town.
