I loved the new kid on the block in Provincetown. " Tin Pan Alley" has all the edges of a really good restaurant. A good bartender, a lovely pear cocktail tasted like pear and not like sugar. Sharp sauces, the aioli for the crab cakes had bite, and the vinaigrette was complex. An honest and friendly wait staff, William is a treasure. And a piano in the corner which means sometimes there is live music. And it is all wrapped around a warm heart. Do not go here if you want to be in and out. Go here if you want a social moment. Let them give it to you.
