We spent five nights at Dyers Beach House 'off-season' and were very lucky with fabulous weather. The beach house is in an excellent location in the West End, close enough to the centre to be there in a flash, but far enough outside to be able to escape the hussle and bussle of the place. The room was surprisingly big and very clean, if a bit old-fashioned. What truly made it was the fact we had a deck and view of the sea at all times which made for good relaxation. We'd recommend hiring bikes and getting out to the National SeaShore...we loved the ride and Race Point beach. The beach house was also a great location for good breakfasts - Cafe Heaven for delicious granola and fruit and Enzo for super Eggs Benedict.

We stayed here because of the great reviews on Tripadvisor so were a little surprised when we saw the room. Although it was very clean and spacious and had a wonderful view over the ocean, it was a bit dated and so was the bathroom. It seemed to be expensive compared to other places we stayed at on this trip to Cape Cod but maybe that was because of the location. For the price I would have at least expected fluffy towels and a hairdryer.

I can't say enough good things about Dyers. Perfect location and exceptional service (thanks Mary and David). The rooms are very nice and each one has a deck or balcony. We chatted with many of our neighbors - everyone was in such a good mood, and rightfully so. Located a short walk from the ferry, we had no problem walking with our luggage. We had only 2 nights so we enjoyed our little slice of heaven (Dyers) and ventured out to Commercial St. The art galleries, restaurants (loved Burger Queen!), local color; all of it was so much fun. I can't wait to go back.

I had high expectations due to reviews here and I was not disappointed. One thing that was truly amazing is the patio gardens surrounding the hotel and decks. Absolutely beautiful! It was a big topic of conversation with our neighbors.

On Commercial Street in downtown Provincetown west end this is a small 5 unit hotel that sits right on PTown harbor. Every room has a deck, the first floor rooms share a common deck area. Don't expect many of the amenities you would get in a bigger name brand hotel, but our room and the property itself was immaculate, service was exceptional (thank you Mrs. Dyer and David), and a great location. You can walk or bike to everything downtown has to offer and it is in the quieter end of Commercial Street so you can actually hear the water lapping outside your door. We thought the price for a 1 night stay during the peak summer season in this location was very reasonable. Definately will consider returning to Dyers.

Previous posters have said it all......over and over again. Amazing waterfront view, perfect central location, wonderful hosts, immaculately cleaned and maintained. One other amenity not previously mentioned is the included parking space. We make a point of experiencing this delightful place every summer.

The perfect small, friendly hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and had a FABULOUS view of the bay. Grounds are well-maintined. Great cental location, but quiet at night. The people were helpful and friendly -- both staff and other guests. We will definitely stay at Dyer's on our return trips to P-town.
