This is one of the nicest beaches in ALL of America, just beautiful and untouched . The walk over the dune and down the hill will say all.

Winter wonderland around New Year's Eve. You'll be cold and windblown but so happy for the view and the dunes and the Cape magic that is there. Race Point makes you know you are at the Cape.

and we did that in 2008. Soft sand, pounding surf, walking and biking trails. Visitor center is closed during the winter but restrooms are available. Love this place!

On a clear night, the sunset here with the waves and the sea gulls and the pretty fences and grass is like something out of a movie. It's worth the wait to just relax and take it all in.

This is a wide beautiful beach with soft sand where you can walk forever, or so it seems. The day we visited was unseasonably warm for November, but only a few other people were there. It is within the National Seashore so is a pristine natural environment. Several seals were observed just offshore. There is a visitor center nearby and a bike path that winds through the dunes that skirts the beach parking lot. In the off-season you can park for free but in the summer there is a fee.
